Warranty Condition

Warranty Duration

The product is covered by a two-year warranty from the purchase date, subject to the following terms and conditions.

General Conditions

• The warranty covers technical and manufacturing defects only.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse.
• Repair time is determined by the qualified technician. We reserve the right to open and inspect the product under the warranty.
• Purchasing the product confirms the customer's acceptance of the terms stated on the invoice and in this warranty policy.
• If a replacement is required and the same product is unavailable, the customer will be compensated with a product of similar value and specifications.
• In cases of misuse, return shipping and repair charges may apply.
• Labor charges for damage resulting from misuse are covered up to SAR 300, subject to the service center's technical assessment.

Warranty Voiding Conditions

• Exposure to liquids, moisture, oxidation, or signs of corrosion.
• Breakage, scratches, or bending caused by dropping, impact, pressure, or misuse.
• Opening or attempting to repair the product through an unauthorized service center, or evidence of internal tampering or burn damage.
• Tampering with, removing, or altering the serial number label, or any mismatch between the serial number and our records.
• Failure to provide the original purchase invoice containing the product's serial number.
• Excessive, abnormal, or improper use of the product contrary to the manufacturer's instructions.
• Use of low-quality or unauthorized accessories, batteries, or chargers, where such items are proven to have caused the damage.
• Damage, malfunction, or loss of features resulting from an incorrectly performed firmware or software update, the use of unofficial files or software, or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions or the technical support team's guidance.
• Unauthorized software modifications, attempts to downgrade the firmware, or changes to the product's region settings or operating system using unapproved tools.
• The warranty for lithium batteries is limited to 6 months from the purchase date.

Return & Exchange Within 7 Days

• The product must be in its original, unused condition, with all accessories included.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging, with the protective label intact and untampered with.
• SAR 70 will be deducted to cover shipping and return shipping fees.
• The free shipping offer will not apply in the event of a return.
• The refund will be issued within 72 hours after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved.
