Warranty Condition

Warranty Duration

The product is covered by a two-year warranty from the purchase date, under the following conditions.

General Conditions

• The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
• It does not cover damages caused by misuse.
• Repair time is determined by our technician. We have the right to inspect and open the product.
• Purchasing the product confirms your agreement to the terms stated on the invoice and warranty.
• If a replacement is required and not available, the customer will be compensated with a similar product in value.
• In case of misuse, return shipping and repair charges apply.
• Labor charges due to misuse are covered up to SAR 300.

Warranty Voiding Conditions

• Exposure to liquids, moisture, or oxidation signs.
• Breakage, scratches, or bending caused by dropping or misuse.
• Product opened by an unauthorized center or internal burn traces.
• Tampering with or mismatch of the serial number with our records.
• Missing original invoice with the serial number.
• Excessive or unnatural usage of the product.
• Use of low-quality or non-approved external accessories.
• Lithium battery warranty is limited to 6 months from purchase date.

Return & Exchange within 7 Days

• The product must be in its original, unused condition.
• Product must be properly packaged with protection label intact.
• SAR 70 will be deducted for shipping & return fees.
• Free shipping offer will not apply in case of return.
• The refund will be issued within 72 hours after inspecting the returned item.

Note: Please ensure the shipment is intact and unopened upon delivery. Signing the delivery receipt forfeits any future claim.

If the customer fails to receive the shipment within 3 business days, it will be automatically returned by the shipping company. A SAR 70 return fee will be charged, and the free shipping will be voided.
