The Sony FE 12-24mm f/2.8 GM is a pro-grade ultra-wide zoom designed for full-frame E-mount cameras. A constant f/2.8 maximum aperture delivers reliable low-light performance and creative depth of field control throughout the zoom range. The advanced G Master optical design includes three XA (Extreme Aspherical) elements, one aspherical element, two Super ED, and three ED elements to greatly reduce chromatic and spherical aberrations and provide high contrast, clarity, and lifelike color.

Focusing is handled by four XD Linear Motors in an internal floating focus system, providing fast, quiet, and highly precise autofocus that is ideal for both stills and video. A robust, dust- and moisture-resistant construction, Nano AR II and fluorine coatings, built-in petal lens hood, and rear gel filter holder round out this lens as a reliable, versatile ultra-wide tool for demanding creators.
