Armed with an upgraded dual-sided and foldable quick release mechanism, the Light Dome III accelerates the set-up time for its 16-sided, point source-softening circular softbox, bringing professional, portrait-ready light to any shoot in mere seconds.

The parabolic, hexadecagon structure is fortified by 16 durable steel support rods, which now snap into place with the downward press of its widely-compatible Bowens Mount bracket. Its shape promotes uniform light output distribution, while the highly reflective silver interior maximizes the light source's power.

The Aputure Light Dome III is an essential light-shaping tool for content creators and professional photographers demanding high quality and speed. Thanks to its deep parabolic 16-sided design, this softbox produces beautiful, wrap-around circular lighting and natural, perfectly round catchlights in your subject's eyes.

To achieve maximum lighting control, the modifier comes fully equipped with two front diffusion options (1.5-stop and 2.5-stop) allowing you to soften the light to your preference. Additionally, an included 40° fabric grid lets you focus the beam and minimize light spill, giving you ultimate flexibility in shaping your scene.
