Overview

The SmallRig CT-20 Aluminum Tripod is a lightweight and versatile camera support system featuring an included Arca-Type ball head and the ability to convert into a monopod when a conventional tripod is less practical.

Built from a lightweight magnesium-aluminum alloy, the CT-20 weighs only 3.46 lb / 1.57 kg while supporting a stated maximum load of 33 lb / 15 kg. It extends to a maximum height of 78.7 inches, providing flexible camera positioning.

A two-section center column and reverse-folding legs allow the tripod to collapse to a compact 19.6 inches for easier transportation and storage.

The tripod's center apex includes three 1/4"-20 threaded accessory sockets, enabling compatible extension arms, monitor mounts, microphones, and other camera accessories to be attached.

Listed Minimum Height 18.9" / Approximately 48 cm

Its panoramic base includes an independent locking knob for adjusting horizontal rotation. Two compatible quick release plates are supplied.

  • Other photography and video accessories.

The listed head mounting hardware supports 3/8"-16 and 1/4"-20 mounting configurations for compatible tripod heads.

Lightweight & Durable Construction

Built with a magnesium-aluminum alloy structure, the CT-20 combines strength with manageable weight for portable camera setups.

The tripod weighs approximately 1.57 kg and includes a bubble level to assist with camera alignment during setup.
