The amaran COB 60d S Daylight LED Monolight is part of amaran’s upgraded S-series lineup, featuring an improved LED chipset design for better spectral continuity and more accurate color reproduction compared to its predecessor.

This compact 65W fixture delivers a fixed 5600K daylight-balanced output, making it a practical choice for video production, interviews, livestream setups, home studios, and product content.

Adjustments can be made directly from the onboard LCD screen or wirelessly through the Sidus Link app from up to 80m away. The light can run on the included AC power supply or optional NP-F / V-Mount batteries for on-location shooting.

The S-series improves spectral continuity for enhanced color quality, achieving an ultra-high SSI D56 score of 86, representing a 19% increase in SSI compared to the previous generation.

With CRI 96, TLCI 99, CQS 95, TM-30 Rf 96, and TM-30 Rg 100, the COB 60d S helps reproduce natural skin tones and accurate colors for video, livestreaming, interviews, and product shoots.

Unmodified, the light outputs up to 2940 lux at 1m at 5600K. When equipped with the included Mini Hyper Reflector, output increases to an impressive 37,800 lux, delivering strong illumination from a compact fixture.

The fixture includes 8 built-in lighting effects to help create creative scenes quickly without complex setup.

Despite its compact size, the amaran COB 60d S features a full-size Bowens S mount, allowing compatibility with a wide range of optional light modifiers.
