Lowepro Flipside 400 AW III Camera Backpack Gray

I brought the Flipside BP 400 AW III for a trip to Scotland. It was my carry on for the flight both there and back and It easily fit in the overhead bin, I didn’t try and put it under the seat in front of me. I had my Nikon D850, 17-35mm, 35-70, 80-200 lens inside plus assorted filters, batteries and other small items. I was also able to put my 10” x 15” laptop in the pack. I also carried the pack for hikes where I wanted all my gear. I like that it opened in the back. It is a little awkward opening it because the shoulder straps could get in the way, but it worked out fine for me. I also liked the little side zipper which comes in real handy if you put whatever piece of equipment you might need inside the pack where the side zipper is. The pack comes with a rain cover, but fortunately I didn’t have to use it. I didn’t use the side pocket tripod holder (I put a water bottle in it) or the waist belt, which I may end up cutting off. Like the other two Lowepro packs I’ve had, it is well made.
