PGYTECH CPL Filter for DJI Mavic 3
Circular Polarizer • SCHOTT Optical Glass • 1-Stop Light Reduction • Multi-Layer Coating (Both Sides) • Quick-Release Mount • Ultra-Lightweight • Water/Oil/Dust Resistant
Overview
Built for the DJI Mavic 3, the PGYTECH Circular Polarizer (CPL) is designed to reduce glare and reflections for cleaner, more cinematic aerial footage. Crafted from SCHOTT optical glass, this ultra-light filter installs quickly via an easy, quick-release mount without adversely affecting flight performance.
The CPL provides approximately 1 f-stop of light reduction, helping control exposure in bright daylight while enhancing saturation, contrast, and color—especially in skies, foliage, and water. A multi-layer coating on both sides delivers clarity and resists oil, water, and dust for reliable results on every flight.

Pro Tips
- Install the filter before takeoff and re-calibrate the gimbal if prompted by the drone.
- For strongest polarization, shoot with the sun roughly 90° to the lens and avoid pointing directly at the sun.
- Watch for uneven polarization on ultra-wide views over broad skies; adjust framing or angle if needed.
- Keep the glass clean with a microfiber cloth to maintain contrast and clarity.
- In low light or at dusk/night, consider removing the CPL to avoid unnecessary light loss.
