SmallRig Cage Kit for Sony Alpha 7R V / 7 IV / 7S III / 7 V (Advanced Edition) 3669D

Protective Camera Support

The SmallRig HawkLock Quick Release Cage is designed to fit Sony a7 V, a7R V, and a7 IV mirrorless cameras. It offers additional accessory mounting and protection while maintaining access to camera controls and the hot shoe.

The cage attaches using a 1/4"-20 camera mounting screw and features several threaded accessory mounts. Top and side NATO rails use the HawkLock design for securing compatible handles and clamps.

Multiple anti-twist 3/8"-16 accessory threads are included. The supplied cage specifications list no battery plate or rosette mounting.

The SmallRig NATO Top Handle Lite mounts onto a compatible NATO rail and can slide from side to side to assist with rig balancing. The cheese-style design makes it convenient for carrying a camera rig and capturing low-angle shots.

This handle includes five shoe mounts positioned across its front, rear, and sides, along with multiple 1/4"-20, 3/8"-16, and ARRI-style anti-twist threaded mounts.

Made of aluminum and stainless steel, it features a silicone-lined grip designed to reduce slipping and improve handling in cold conditions.

Compatible with standard NATO rail setups. Examples of separately available compatible accessories include SmallRig 1409, 2172, 2903, 2348, 2070, and 2924.

The SmallRig Mini NATO Side Handle adds an ergonomic grip to a compatible camera cage or rig. Its compact design can be configured for left- or right-handed operation, helping to reduce wrist strain when using larger lenses or accessories.

The handle attaches through a NATO clamp and can slide vertically by up to 1.7 inches for improved hand positioning. It supports an individual rated load of up to 13.2 lb.

It includes three 1/4"-20 threaded mounts, one top shoe mount, and a strap slot. An Allen wrench stores inside the handle for vertical position adjustments.

Examples of compatible separately available accessories include SmallRig 2790, 2070B, 2905B, 3286B, and 3468.

The kit offers multiple accessory attachment options distributed across the cage and both handles, allowing users to customize their camera rig for different production requirements.
