The BOYA BY-M1 is a black omnidirectional lavalier microphone designed for use with smartphones, DSLRs, camcorders, audio recorders, and Mac/Windows computers via its 3.5 mm TRRS gold-plated plug. Its forgiving 360° pickup pattern captures consistent audio even if the speaker turns their head, making it a reliable choice for interviews, vlogs, tutorials, and presentations.

A generous 20' / 6.1 m cable gives you ample freedom of movement in front of the camera, and the lav’s construction helps keep handling noise low. Power is supplied either by the connected smartphone or by the included LR44 battery, selectable via an on-cable switch with Smartphone and Camera modes.

The BY-M1 ships with a lapel clip, foam windscreen, and 1/4" adapter, so you have everything you need for plug-and-play operation right out of the box.
