A redesigned 20.1MP 1" Exmor RS BSI CMOS sensor teams up with an enhanced BIONZ X + front-end LSI to deliver blackout-free bursts up to 20 fps, Single Burst up to 90 fps, ISO up to 12800, and crisp UHD 4K recording.

The versatile ZEISS Vario-Sonnar T* 24–200mm f/2.8–4.5 lens spans wide to telephoto, backed by effective Optical SteadyShot. A fast hybrid AF system with 357 phase-detect points enables Real-Time Tracking and Eye-AF (humans & animals). For creators, it adds HLG/S-Log3, HFR up to 960 fps, a 3.5 mm mic input, a pop-up 2.36m-dot OLED EVF, and a 180° tilting touchscreen.
