The Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 DG DN II Art refines Sigma’s flagship standard zoom for Sony E full-frame. It delivers higher resolving power, cleaner color, and better aberration control while becoming shorter (4.8") and lighter (~735 g).
With the new HLA linear AF motor, autofocus speed is rated at more than three times faster than the previous generation, and the updated optical design enables a 6.7" / 17 cm minimum focus distance at 24mm for near-macro framing. The addition of a physical aperture ring (with click/lock), Nano Porous / Super Multilayer coatings, weather-resistant sealing, and user-assignable AF-L buttons makes this lens a serious hybrid tool for both high-end stills and professional video work.
