The rod port, which is built into the cage, is secured tightly with an integrated screw on the rear side of the port, using an included Allen key. The cage also offers 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 mounting threads for accessories, and there are multiple 1/4"-20 threads on the bottom of the cage that allow you to find the optimal balance for your camera when mounting on tripods, gimbals, and other supports.
